Thank you for using Mileway ("the app"). Mileway is built by a parent, for families — and protecting your family's privacy is a core part of how it's designed.
Mileway does not collect, sell, or share any personal information. Everything you enter stays on your device.
We do not collect personal information. The app has no accounts, no sign-up, no login, and no analytics or advertising trackers. The developer does not receive your student's name, grades, test scores, school list, scholarships, milestones, to-dos, service hours, or anything else you enter.
Everything you create — GPA, SAT/ACT scores, schools, scholarships, milestones, to-dos, and service hours — is stored locally on your device. Mileway has no account and does not upload your information to any server. The developer cannot see this data. Because it lives on your device, deleting the app removes your data, and it does not sync to other devices in this version.
Mileway includes links to outside resources — scholarship sites, test-prep tools, and financial-aid pages. When you tap one, it opens that website in your browser. Mileway does not track which links you open or send your activity to the developer. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Mileway is a general-audience app rated 4+ and is meant to be used by parents and their high-school students together. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including minors — there are no accounts and nothing is transmitted off the device. If you believe information was provided through the app and have a concern, please contact us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
